Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache, Lack Of Energy And Breathlessness
Question: I wake up every morning feeling so sick, through out the day I have no energy. I get headaches it feels like it's hard to breath thru my nose.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to sinusitis. Due to this your nose will be blocked and there will be decreased oxygen getting while sleeping. This will cause feeling more tired and sick in morning.
An examination by ENT specialist should be done to rule out this.
Using local nasal decongestant sprays like xylometazoline (otrivin), antihistamines like cetirizine and antibiotics if required will be helpful for this.
You can also take chewable vitamin C daily which is helpful for decreasing in incidence of getting sinusitis.
If there is no improvement then X ray paranasal sinuses should be take and drainage of sinus should be done if needed.

Could I also be feeling this way, because I need 2 root canals? I have been putting it off for the past 2-3 years.
