Follow below instructions

Detailed Answer:
hi
thanks for the query
i can understand your concern

Causes of headaches may include fatigue, sleep deprivation, stress, the effects of medications, the effects of recreational drugs, viral infections, common colds, head injury, rapid ingestion of a very cold food or beverage, and dental or sinus issues.

So treatment of a headache depends on the underlying cause.

Medication for the headache is tablet ibuprofen /acetaminophen or aspirin.
You have to take the dose of 500mg twice daily for 2 to 3 days.if it is not reduced with these or if you have nausea or vomiting along with these then you might be having migraine, you need to meet local doctor he will prescribe combination of drugs for migraine

Lifestyle changes — Some simple lifestyle adjustments can help to reduce the frequency of headaches. These include:

1Stop smoking
2Reduce the amount of alcohol you drink
3Decrease or stop drinking/eating caffeine( excessive quantity)
4Eat and sleep on a regular schedule
5Exercise several times per week
6 relax, dont stress yourself too much
7 Meditation
8 Massage and gentle neck stretches
9 Heat therapy (warm compress or shower)

thank you
take care
