Brief Answer:
painkillers and local injections of steroids/ PRP.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
If you have plantar fasciitis , then probably you have morning pain in your heels on getting up from bed.
For this condition I recommend pain killers , heat therapy , local application of analgesic cream, and silicone heel pads. If there is no / inadequate improvement in two weeks then I would go for local steroid / PRP infiltration.
Thanx for the question. Please feel free to ask any other questions.
