Question: My husband who is 93 and has diabetes, last nite had a severe headace, pain in every muscle, the shakes and cold hands. He has had this before but no as bad. it came on him all of a sudden. he does have COPD,CHF AND EPSIMA ( NOT SPELL RIGHT) SORRY. .

At this age, Possibility of stroke or seizure or exacerbation of COPD or cardiac illness should be considered.
Is there any frothing, tongue bite, weakness of any limbs, loss of consciousness, seizures?
Examination by a doctor is required and investigation to be done accordingly.
Continue medications for previous illness.
If headache persists, imaging of brain may be required.
Visit and consult a neurologist.
