Suggest Treatment For Severe Heart Palpitations, Dizziness And Hand Tremors

Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Since your successive EKG's as well as various blood tests in past has come normal ,it clearly means there is no disease process going inside you.
Your symptoms and your age and your normal reports clearly suggest that you are suffering from anxiety.
Now what to do....
Normally if symptoms are severe,we advise patients to be on anti anxiety medications like benzodiazipines which are prescription based medicines. But the problem with these medicines are that they tend to be addicting in nature.
We prefer non pharmacological measures before going for medicines and these are....
Quitting alcohol, smoking or use of any other recreational drugs
Avoiding late nights
Sleeping in time and getting up in morning early
Doing regular aerobic exercises like running, swimming etc for at least 45 minutes a day.
Doing yoga, prananayama and meditation for attaining internal peace.
Consume more of green vegetables, fresh fruits, nuts, fruit juices, water eyc
Avoid non veg food.
Give a sincere try for these measures for at least 3 months and you would find a wonderful change in you.
I hope if these measures are undertaken sincerely and regularly, you won't need any medication.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
ThanksHello,
You are most welcome to ask any query any time.
Thanks
