Suggest Treatment For Severe Heartburn

Question: i had a pacemaker placed on oct 6, 2016. am on elliquis. am having terrible heartburn and have taken nexium for a day. my doc has changed it to ranitidinecaps 150 mgs.can i take both or should i drop one........? of so, which one?
