Suggest Treatment For Severe Infection On Foot

Question: I have a severly infected foot taking staphylex 500 & rancef cephalexin capsules 500 mg every 6 hours.
I also knocked the same foot 12 hours ago and have been in intense pain all day so to relieve the pain in order to get some sleep I took a Targin cr-tablet 20mg/10/mg 2 hours ago but it has not eased enough to get sleep.
I have endone tablets and panidne forte tablets at home is it best to take another targin or can one of the others be used with the targin

In my opinion, you can take endone tablet.
This would be the immediate release formulation of oxycodone. I think this should help in instant relief of pain.

(the maximum daily dose of oxycodone is 80mg).
