Suggest Treatment For Severe Joint Pain

Question: My joints started to ache about six weeks ago. This got worse and my muscles began to ache also. I was checked for lime disease, but the test were negative. I started taking Thyroid medication, but I am still in a lot of pain. Any suggestions?
