Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

Just a note, I am never ill or have had any kind of pain and/or swelling in my legs before this, over the course of last nine weeks I have also experienced difficulty sleeping and pain in both shoulders and wrists. My family stated I had a mild rash on my face that looked like a raccoon when this whole thing started back in January but went away in a week or two I don't remember everything that I have had since this started because I have felt so terrible with pain and fatigue. I am now feeling much better but the fatigue still sets in I have good days and do great stuff that I have been unable to do and then the next two days I am in bed or do not get off the couch because I am so fatigued. I have been active my whole life and upto nine weeks ago I was still going to the gym 4-5 times weekly. Please help.......
Explained below....
Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
1. You say that you had a rash on your face on January. You say that your doctor put you on antibiotics at that time (correct me if I'm wrong).
This makes me think that the rash in your face was a skin infection called erysipelas.
2. You are worried now about the weakness you feel on feet, knees and pain during this 9 week time.
If no Lyme disease and if all blood tests resulted normal accept for ANA test (which is specific for arthritis); then, all your symptoms of pain and weakness are due to arthritis).
Pain differs in arthritis and can last without any prediction.
3. If I was your caring doctor would advise to consult a neurologist to rule out neurological problems.
Furthermore, vit.B complex and calcium, and vit.D supplementation recommended to start (if not started yet).
Wish fast recovery. Let me know if you have further queries.

Endometriosis stage 4 and had a complete hysterectomy because of it.
Psorasis of the hands and feet that start as pustules
raynauds syndrome
most recently Ihave been diagnosed with Lychen Scelorosis
Indeed, yours is a very complicated case&rheumologist to keep consulting....
Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,
Thank you for providing additional information regarding your health problems.
You mentioned to have run various tests, so as they ran ANA, I believed other tests for auto-immune diseases might have been conducted so far.
Can you please provide the reports of tests you did so I can analyze them myself better?
Next, as you report to have been diagnosis with Raynaud syndrome, then, here we can start thinking about the cause of your weakness.
Actually, Lychen sclerosis (scleroderma) is commonly associated with Raynaud syndrome.
This is characterized by narrowing of small blood vessels in response to stress or weather changes. Narrowing of blood vessels will cause less blood supply and metabolites not totally cleared. This can cause the weakness you experience.
A close and regular consultation with rheumatologist is highly recommended to manage your current health situation.
All the best.

The markings on report were made by me as we were discussing my results and comparing to last months blood work
No infection noted, rheumatological assistance from now on...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
I am sorry for the late reply due to my XXXXXXX clinical overload.
I have gone through the lab tests you provided, and indeed the multiple problems you are having are due to auto-immune disorders (over-reactive immune system).
This is making you feeling weak.
The blood tests are not referring for any infection issue, but more to rheumatological problems you are facing.
That's why I insist you to consult with rheumatologist for the multiple problems you are having. You need a more specialized assistance now on.
Wish fast recovery.
