Suggest Treatment For Severe Leg Pain And Fatigue

Question: hi dr XXXXXXX jangidh, from the last two days i was been suffering with leg pain and fatigue with phlegm in the chest. all my reports are been normal incuding hiv after six month, then what this sickness mean, i am getting these problem three months once, but no fever or anything else,did my body is suffering from any immunodeficiency disorder? suggest me did i need any check ups thank you.

thank you for your reply doctor. what does immunodeficiency means? how should i know about that? (sorry for questioning you) just i need to be cleared. you said that possibility of hiv and immune deficiency is very unlikely.i dont know what does it mean? is there any chances or no chance without new exposure. because i am planning to have a child. i want to be very clear in my health doctor. this is the first and worst mistake i have done in my life. i need your advice strongly as a friend more than a doctor.. hi dr, got my pcr rna hiv 1 result it came as not detcted, am i 100 percent hiv free beyond any doubt. or else i need any other test? as i already took elisa hiv 1 and 2 after six months it came as negative with cut off value 0.26 out of 0.300, awaiting for your reply

hi dr this is xxxxxxx with you once again. i am happy and feeling well after your advice. and started to have regular life and sex with my wife. i will read your forum weekly how you advice for other clients. it will help to relax my mind. a small question which i need to clarify with you. one client has asked a question to you he is even negative after six months, and said inflammation in groin and neck area. you said him to do an 4th generation duo test for his satisfaction. why did you say to test once again dr? you are a specialist and you know that he is his negative. you can strongly say that no need to test. I AM VERY SORRY TO ASK THIS QUESTION FOR YOU? after seeing that i too started to have symptoms like fatigue and white coated tongue and i too started to relate them hiv. i know that i am not affected and trying to come out from that. hiv phobia is not leaving me. sorry once again

The best way or solution to relieve their tension or stress is to get tested because the negative result not only clear all doubts but also provide sense of satisfaction as well as mental relaxation. hi dr only one doubt remains in my mind. there are many types of groups and subtypes are there in hiv, the test which i took like elisa, eclia, and pcr-dna, method will look for all groups and sub types? today i met hiv specialist in XXXXXXX he too said that you are fine and gave me tablets to come out from anxiety, and cleared all my doubts, he said no more doubt needed you are 100% alright which you have said earlier, thank you for that, please clear this i will forget about hiv. thanks in advance

There are two types of HIV virus 1 & 2 with many in the world. HIV1 is most common and pathogenic strain of virus while HIV2 is found in some parts of West XXXXXXX and very uncommon in XXXXXXX

The tests available in XXXXXXX are detecting for HIV 1 routinely. The tests for HIV 2 are also available but with limited labs as it is not so common in XXXXXXX If any doubt left get back to me again any time.

hi dr hope you are good, one doubt left with me i don't know wether its a doubt or i am over reacting? just need to clear with you, there are two types of hiv 1 and 2, in this there are many groups like M,O,N,P. and their subtypes like A,B,C,D,E,F etc.. i don't know about this, which i have read in internet. the test which i have took like elisa and other will detect all this groups and subtypes. i consulted a hiv specialist in my city he too said it all detects groups and subtypes. no need to fear of hiv you need to come out of this. i am relaxed after he said, i need to clear once again with you, because i continued to lead normal life with my wife without any thinking of hiv. please understand my situation and clear this doubt, god bless you.

and recently just for my mind sake yesterday i took hiv 1 and 2 with p24 test (abbott architect) CMIA TEST it too came as NEGATIVE. 240 days
