Brief Answer:
Calcium deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.

Pain in legs at night time usually occurs in calcium deficiency.

I suggest you to do calcium and phosphate levels.

Start a calcium syrup like caldikind, shelcal 5 ml two times a day for 1 month.

Also start a multivitamin syrup like syrup bevon 5 ml once a day for 1 month, this will also improve appetite and help in weight gain.

Review with report.
Take care.
