In my opinion you should exercise regularly and try to reduce some weight with dietary restriction and regular physical exercise
You should take multivitamin especially vitamin B 12 and calcium supplements for a week to 10 days.
You can ask your doctor to switch over again to a oral anti diabetic drug in place of insugen after checking blood sugar fasting and post prandial.
