Brief Answer:
You should not get repeat surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. By my experience in arthroplasty I want to tell you that there is some cases where there are painful hip without any obvious causes. There is no use of revision hip in such cases. As your doctor as already screen you for infection and implant loosening so You are not having nay causes of painful hip. In such cases you can have following tests.
1.Vitamin D3 and vitamin B12.
2.Blood sugar and thyroid level.
If you found any abnormality in there tests then treatment can be done accordingly. In case your vitamins are normal then you just need to continue with symptomatic treatment like Advil or Paracetamol for pain relief.
thanks
