Brief Answer:
wait and see
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. I don think this procedure is directly related to your symptoms.
Diarrheas can be caused postoepratively by certain medicines such as antibiotics, analgetics or anticoagulant therapy. Another possibility is enterocolitis caused by viruses or by food poisoning. At this pont you just need to drink as much as possible, at leas 2.5liters per day, have easier food, tea, vegetables, boiled potato, toast bread etc. If fever more than 39 occurs or you notice blood in stool you should see doctor.
Wish you good health. Regards

Brief Answer:
no
Detailed Answer:
no, this should not be related.
You can walk, but dont force some physical activity, try to rest in bed as much as possible.
You can take antidiarrhetic medicines if it lasts for more than 24 hours.
But, you simply must prevent dehydration so drink fluids as much as you can.

Brief Answer:
Usually driving is recommended 2 weeks after surgery.
Detailed Answer:
Usually driving is recommended 2 weeks after surgery.
You can climb stairs after 5-7 days, but you should stop and rest for 1-2 minutes after you start to feel fatigue. SO try to rest for a minute on each floor.
after 3-4 weeks, you should be as before surgery and you can continue with all usual daily activities. At first point, you should avoid excessive physical activity, running, swimming, jumping into water etc. But usual activity (walking, houseworks, driving, travelling etc) is allowed and beneficial.
Generally, this type of surgery dont cause significant limit of daily activities.
More important is to avoid risk factors for heart disease: this includes smoking, weight gaining, high blood pressure, diabetes, unhealthy food, emotional stress.
All this can affect your heart function.
