Brief Answer:
Can be a viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The back pain could be due to the high grade fever that you have. It is best to take Tylenol DS after meals and support your body with a healthy diet and plenty of fluids orally. Do have a healthy diet and in case you have chills or develop a rash then do attend an ER for proper blood investigations to find out the cause.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr. Praveen Tayal.
