Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

Question: I am having lower back pain while sitting or driving car since 5 days. I dont feel any pain while walking or sleeping. this problem started after I cleaned my overhead water tank. I thought it would be cured after couple of days, but not feeling better after 5 days. do I need to go to doctor. anything else I can try at home for couple of days?

Hello, thanks for your health concern.In my opinion you have muscle spasm, there is no emergency to contact doctor immediately, you can do hot fomentations, take muscle relaxant like thiochochicoside 4mg twice daily and take rest.I am available if you have any other questions.
