Question: My wife is down with severe migrain pain on back of head and we are presently in Riyadh for office work. plz suggest

Have taken Relpax 40mg 2 tab in last 24 hours and occasionally 2 tabs of Ace-proxyvon when pain is severe. Now the pain is more concentrated on neck shoulder joint and unbearable, plz suggest.
