Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine

Question: Dear Doctor,
In continuation of my previous question, which you answered. I got the MRI brain also done.Fortunately it is normal but you attributed this pain to migrane.
I took the prescribed medicine and pain relived.I felt this pain again in between for 1 or 2 days and it went itself.
My question - Is there any permanent solution of this problem? How long it will continue? Is medication will give temporary relief and this pain may reoccur after some time?Anything to worry?I will have to live with this forever?
Pl advice.
