Brief Answer:
Explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case with diligence.

For all your symptoms you need good clinical examination and through investigation.
These suggest systemic involvement.

After clinical examination, medications for migraine like sumatriptans can be started consulting your doctor.
Lifestyle Modifications will help to reduce headache episodes
- Proper nutrition
- Regular physical activity
- Adequate sleep
- Stress reduction strategies
• Identify and avoid triggers (e.g., tobacco smoke, strong odours, or sprays).
• Address workplace ergonomics.

For joint pain I advise blood test like RA factor, ACCP, ESR, complete blood count, HLA B27.Bruises without injury can be due to internal bleeding which can be confirmed on blood investigation.
I will advise you to consult MD internal medicine specialist for clinical examination and investigation.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care

Brief Answer:
ANA will rule out lupus

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Thats good that you are doing regular exercises.

As I told you to investigate blood levels like ANA will rule out lupus and routine blood investigation will rule out leukemia.

Keep doing regular blood check up and do not worry.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
