Brief Answer:
more information please...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

your symptoms can be attributed to some disorders. Vitamin D deficiency is a very common one, so the next question is what have you done about it so far? Have you done any tests? Do you have any reports to upload? 25(OH) vitamin D3 is a very useful marker of vitamin D deficiency. Creatine phosphokinase (CPK) is another useful marker indicating muscular damage caused by injury or inflammation. Headache is not very well associated with vitamin D deficiency but there are several reports of improving headaches with vitamin D supplementation in patients with vitamin D deficiency.

So please describe your symptoms with as many details as you can provide and upload any tests you may have in your hands.

Kind Regards!
