Hi and welcome.
Certain degree of nausea, loss of apetite and pain are expected but it should subside over the 1-2 weeks after surgery. SO if there is such pain even after 2 weeks then this may indicate some complications. Most common are biliary pancreatitis due to small stone that passed and obstructed pancreatic duct. This would explain your symptoms and you should do ultrasound and check pancreatic markers, amylase, lipase and alkaline phoshapatse. Second there may be an abscess under the liver which is possible complication of laparoscopic surgery and third this could always be gastritis. So you should try to take Ranitiidn 150mg, have easier diet and rest. If there ia no improvement, you should do tests I ve recommended. Wish you good health. Regards
