Please give details and upload/attach actual reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

To recapitulate: Male/68 - Symptoms of acute pain and cramping in stomach, lower back and up through esophagus - cholecystectomy 3 months ago - issues remained same - quality life limited - taken OTC and prescription drugs to curb acid reflux - endoscopy - blood work done - wants to know what to search for cure or what can alleviate this condition..

Please give some additional details. A detailed history in chronology , means as they started and developed through the time-frame can help me to find a probable cause and advise you the investigations and get an appropriate diagnosis and appropriate management:

- Since when the pain got started?
- Where exactly the pain starts and where is it referred to?
- Type of pains: burning, twisting, piercing, throbbing or so?
- Any factors that increase the pain?
- Any factors that reduce the pain?
- Any nausea, vomiting?
- Any bloating/distention?
- Stool : any change in bowel habits, color, black (malena), mucus; hard/loose, frequency?
- Any medical problems like diabetes?

You may please give all the details as asked for and give any other history that can add to my knowledge to assist you better.
