Thanks for posting a query directly to me.

Try TAB.BACTOCLAV 625 , 1 tablet 3 times for 5 days. And TAB. NUCOXIB MR 1 tablet 2 times daily after food for 5 days. You can take rantac or pan 40 before food if the above medicines cause any gastric irritation.

If you still have the throat pain even after these medicines. Then you'll have to see the doctor for throat examination.

Any issue do follow up.

Bactoclav is the best medicine for throat pain. As you were already taking azithromycin i asked you to continue the same to prevent the resistance for antibiotics. It is the same infection not gone completely. You'll fell better with new medicines. Start them from today.

Hi Doctor,

I still feel no improvement, all the times I feel stiffness with little pain which is very uncomfortable.

I am taking medicines on time, should I continue till 5days with the same condition?

FYI.. I used to smoke and almost quit it now a days.. sometimes I take 1-2.
