Brief Answer:
Calcitonin nasal spray will help to reduce pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

If there is no cord compression then conservative treatment with rest and medication is sufficient.
Calcitonin nasal spray will help to reduce pain.
Later on follow rehabilitation and physiotherapy.

You may need follow up MRI to see vertebral collapse.

Spine extension exercises will help you.
Till time continue your medication.

If you want more mobility vertebroplasty can be considered after discussing complications of procedure.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
