Brief Answer:
Must consult a laparoscopic surgeon in your area.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

You have not given any details about your self in your personal profile, like your age, gender, any medications you are on, etc. These information could have been of help in answering your query more in detail.

Anyways, as per your history, you had severe pain yesterday (?where). In case it was due to one of the hernia which might have become irreducible or obstructed at that moment, surgery becomes imperative even though it is relieved of its own bringing down the pain.

Now a days, expertise is available globally for a laparoscopic rapair of the hernia and once the abdomen is entered by a laparoscope, your hernias could be dealt with either all together in a single sitting, or in different sittings depending on the patient condition, time taken by individual surgery, and some anaesthetic considerations.

Therefore, I would advise you to visit a laparoscopic surgeon in your area and get assessed by him clinically and with related investigations for an elective surgery for your hernias.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
