Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Back

Question: I have a fractured Sturnum from a fall that hit across my back and my head (staples in my head).
I Hurt So much right now, my back is really hurting. I have ran out of pain pills and don't know what to do in order to try sleeping?

You can take over the counter analgesic like paracetemol or Diclofenac.

Hello,

Thanks for your query,
I have sympathy for your pain due to trauma.

I consider that you are having more pain as you don’t have pill for analgesia now.

You can take over the counter analgesic like paracetemol or Diclofenac.

If you have access to ER then you can visit there.
You can do hot fomentation till time.

I will advise MRI spine to see for any other neurological injury
Physiotherapy like TENS and IFT may help you for pain relief.

For sternum fracture you need rest and further regular check up to see for healing.
