Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
You are having cramping pain in your calves. Dehydration, dyselectrolytemia, excess alcohol consumption and smoking are important causes of such cramps but however, on many occasions, no specific cause can be identified.
In such patients, I generally advise the following-

Avoiding smoking and alcohol intake if any.
Lots of oral fluid.
Exercises like ankle drill, quadriceps drill after being properly shown or demonstrated by a physiotherapist.
Tablet thiocolchicoside with or without a painkiller combination for 10 days.
Blood for complete hemogram and electrolytes like sodium, potassium, calcium etc.
Multivitamin and multimineral syrup or tablets for a month.

You can consult the above with your treating or family doctor.
Hope this was useful.
Consult me for any further queries.
Regards.
