Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Abdomen
Question: I get this sudden onset of gnawing or a feeling of dull pain in my stomach. In between meals I ate lunch at 11 and haven't eaten anything till 6pm. I don't know if it is gastric. I don't have any other symptoms. It isn't very prominent pain either. Is it a cause for concern

Hi I do feel better after eating. It has happened before in the last few days. Esp when I haven't eaten for awhile but the pain was more prominent

If one feels better after eating, this is suggestive of gastritis with more acidity as acid is diluted with the food and increases on empty stomach as acidity will cause more pain of any intensity.
Take a PPI like Omeprazole, antacid every three hours and see the results.
