Brief Answer:
Likely Urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Thank you for contacting healthcaremagic.

The findings are suggestive of urinary tract infection due to the presence of large amount of RBC, WBC and nitrites in urine.

The small stone in the kidney might have been the cause of the UTI compounded by dehydration due to air travel. However the stone is small as per the report and is unlikley to require treatment.

I would recommend continuing the levofloxacin until culture reports of urine are available(I presume urine has been sent for culture- if not send one before starting on antibiotics).

It is common to get bladder wall thickening due to acute cystitis but since the patient has had hematuria, I would recommend further evaluation with cystoscopy and please refer this patient to an urologist urgently to this effect.

There is also large amount of urobilinogen in urine and hence I would recommend getting her liver function test done.

I cannot comment on the duration of the disease untill i know the full history of the patient.

Hope that answers your query.
