Hello,
I have studied your case. Pain in shoulder and elbow is suggesting cervical spondylitis. It is nerve compression in spine with muscle spasm. Before I advised you anything I would like to know little detail of the illness.
1. Do you travel a lot or work on computer for long time?
2. Do you have a desk job?
3. Do you have pain all time or during night only.?
Please send me answers of these questions and I will try my best to help you.
