Brief Answer:
Anti-inflammatory medication.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. The pain in the larynx on touch and swallowing signifies inflammation.

2. An anti-inflammatory medication (such as a combination of paracetmol with tramadol/brufen) and local heat fomentation should help subside the pain.

3. If there are no other symptoms and if this persists for more than 48-72 hours, get a Videolaryngoscopy and a Neck USG (Ultrasound) done.

4. Upload these test results for further treatment options.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
