Hello
Thanks for the query
The reason for your pain is because of the NEPHROcalcinosis. I recommend that you take opiates like tramadol three times a day for this severe pain. Another option would be to be on fentanyl patch for extended pain relief. Please speak to you doctor about surgical options as well and treatment with potassium and magnesium syrup
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

I can't find a nephrologist over here, should I take tramadol with Ibuprofene, what is fentanyl patch?, I'm sulfa allergy, can I take thiazide diuretics and magnesium citrate?
Brief Answer:
needs evaluation

Hello

Further work up of nephcalcinosis is very important for further treatment. I would like you to get your phosphorus , calcium, magnesium and serum bicarbonate levels along with potassium levels checked.
Accordingly thiazides , cinacalcet , etc can be used
Ibuprofen is nephrotoxic so I don't recommend it. Plain tramadol is more than enough for pain. Please approach your gp for a prescription.

Thiazides contain sulfa so please do not take it. Before initiating treatment I recommend you to meet a physician as these agents contain electrolytes and they can cause harm when taken without supervision
