hello doctor, i send this picture.

i hope you can see it.
The area in red is where the pain is (front of body), today is more frequent than before; the pain happens around that area, sometimes lower, sometime more above, or all the area in red. (my opinion) it seems to be caused by some type of food but not sure now. I drink coffee too , i had been taking in the past lorazepam but not anymore. I took for 6 month venlafaxine 225 mg,, but i take less than 75 mg today, not everyday. I take also pepcid almost everyday.
In the recent past, the pain seemed more intense when i ate eggs, or drink milk, or yogurt. And it disappears faster if i exercise a lot. But today seems to be related to what i take as food also, although i don't eat eggs or milk products. I notice that when I eat chips with oil also occur, but I don't know if it is related to food.

Hi,
Seen your picture.
My questions remain unanswered.
This may affect the appropriateness of the response.
But since this is your last free response. ...
The 2 common possibilities of the location you have suggested are a kidney pain as in renal calculi. However, considering the food causing trouble , I feel the second possibility is more important.
There may be a possible colitis.
Here the colon is inflamed which may increase with certain foods.
I would suggest meeting a gastroenterology specialist for a colonoscopy and possible biopsy if a lesion is indeed found.
Steroids and long term antibiotics may be needed if diagnosis is confirmed.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible, considering the information contained in your message. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
