Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Vicodin is a combination of hydrocodone and acetaminophen. From the additional information provided above, you also are using ibuprofen as well.

You may need to consider adding a stronger medication from the ibuprofen family of medications (NSAIDs) eg celebrex or arcoxia, these medications are suppose to last 24 hours.
Arcoxia has different strengths , the maximum is 120 mg, this may be the one that you need if this is chosen.

If either of these are not an option the consider over the counter medication such as voltaren or naproxen.

You can also add one or two more doses of acetaminophen alone during the day as well. The maximum daily allowed dose of acetaminophen is 1g (1000mg) every 4 to 6 hours (total of 4000 mg to 6000 mg)
Right now since you are using 1 to 2 tablets a day of the vicodin, you are only using maximum 650 mg a day. This means that you can use additional acetaminophen/paracetamol.

Since the maximum is 4000 mg to 6000mg, you can use an additional 6 to 8 tablets a day.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
