For last few days i have had shoulder pain when i move it. I have not lifted anything heavy my doctor last week said it was pinched nerve i had ibuprofen it calmed pain down and now started again. I have pain occasionally in chest that comes and goes only there for about a second.
What could it be?
Please get investigated.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
Sometimes, nerve compression in cervical region, muscle fatigue or sprain around shoulder joint leads to shoulder pain.
So you shouldn't be too much worried about all that.
Have cap. Rabeprazole in empty stomach in morning, Tab Aceclofenac 100mg + Thiocolchicoside 4 mg twice a day, cap. Pregabalin 75mg + Methylcobalamine 750mcg at night (please obtain the necessary prescriptions for these from your local physician)..
All above is for 7 days, if pain still persists then get X-ray of cervical spine in AP And Lateral view, UltraSonography of shoulder joint and send me the report. You can attach/upload them here at the reports section.
Apply hot packs.
I hope it helps.
Thanks,
Dr.CHANDER XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
