Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are consistent with Upper airway infection with sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to Health Care Magic.
My name is Dr Muhammad Ahmad & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way.

MY OPINION:

It seems you have got upper respiratory infection with sinus involvement here i would like to help you out in treatment options and will suggest you how to deal with it.

What you need:
For this you actually need a complete ENT or at least a G.P check up or may be an x-ray of your sinuses and examination of your ears for signs of blockage, or congestion.

What can be done now:
Now i will try to give you some treatment options and i will try to mention both meds and house hold remedies.

Medication required for this issue in my opinion:

If i were your treating GP:
1-I would have examined your nose throat and would get an oblique X-RAY of your sinuses, and would see if it needed medication or surgical intervention(But since you can feel them draining surgical intervention might not be required)
2-In my clinic i would recommend my patients clarythromycin (or atleast amoxil or augmentin)
3-A decongestant like pseudo ephedrine twice daily
4-brufen or tylenol.
5-an antihistamin or tab allegra-D
But i am not sure what is available with you at the moment.

House hold remedies which can be tried:

1-Steam inhalation.
2-Taking warm steamy shower helps sometimes.
3-Take green tea twice a day and keep drinking water it will help to thin out mucus clogged in your nose and this will help your sinuses and nose to get better draining.
4-Use warm compresses, place it at your forehead and cheek prominences. It will soften blockages in your sinuses.
5-Over the counter nasal decongestant can be used.

Conclusion:
1-I have given you a list of meds if you can get any med from the list(over the counter or you already have it or in any way else) atleast take that.
2-Try home remedies.

3-Drink good quantity of water
4- Eat fibrous food like XXXXXXX bread and vegetables.
5-Please don't panic ,anxiety is only going to make things worse.
6- Try valsalva maneuver if ears feel blocked otherwise don't
7- It will take time but hopefully your problems will reduce much if you follow my advice.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
