Brief Answer:
Follicular tonsillitis

Detailed Answer:
Dear Parent, it seems that your daughter is suffering from follicular tonsillitis .
since her strept test is negative then it might be caused by viral infection or an unusual type of bacteria.
She needs to take an antibiotic as clarithromycin 1 Gm every 12 hours for 10 days together with ibuprofen tablets 200 mg every 8 hours.
she should keep herself adequetly hydrated with warm fluids . she should stick to easy swollen soft diet as soap and yoghurt.
if she experience difficulty in breathing , then she should seek medical attention as soon as possible.
if she did not respond to treatment then she will need to run more tests to role out infectious mononucleosis .
I hope I answered your question . if you don't have any other clarifications then please close the discussion.
