Question: Is there any disease possibilities if my throat get sore in night during sleeping. It gets sore very frequently and I am little worried as I was facing same in winter season also.

Hi,

It will be difficult to predict the cause of sore throat at night. But if I have to think of few condition that might cause your symptoms, then I consider the following three as most likely.
1. Post nasal drip / sinusitis
2. Open mouth breathing / snoring
3. GERD

The following three conditions are diagnosed by careful medical history, clinical examination and investigations. I will suggest you to visit an ENT doctor. He/she will know about these conditions and help you identify the exact problem. Treatment is based on the cause.
