Brief Answer:
Need more details and evaluation...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It would have been better if you mentioned the precise location of pain (in relation to bellybutton), type of pain (crampy / dull aching / burning) and if there are other associated symptoms. I would also like to know when was her last periods and if she is due for one soon.
These details and more will help me analyse her condition and guide you further.
That being said, I will strongly recommend a visit to a doctor immediately if the pain is severe and limiting her physical activities.
Regards

The location of pain is around the belly region and she is having burning srnation in the stomach.
She does not have periods nearby. Last period was 26th July.
She has visited to doctor in the morning. They said its just hyper acidity and gave medicines for the same.
Now she is feeling little better.
Need your feedback on this

Brief Answer:
I will go by physical examination finding...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Hyperacidity / gastritis can present with varied symptoms. If there were no concerning features such as tenderness, guarding and rigidity found on physical examination, then I am not overly worried. And yes, hyperacidity can be severe at times requiring injectable medications (proton pump inhibitor + prokinetic).
Now that she is symptomatically alright, my assumption is that she is adequately treated. I will encourage her to use proton pump inhibitor drugs for a period of couple of weeks. Keep away from spicy food and hot beverages. Avoid stressors and sleep adequately. Physical exercise will also benefit her.
Hyperacidity and gastritis are related to life style and dietary factors. In the absence of healthy lifestyle, proper diet and good rest, it can recur and become bothering problem. I strictly suggest she follows good diet (as suggested above), proper sleep and physical exercise religiously.
Hope this helped. Let me know if you need clarifications.
