Suggest Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain

Question: my stomach has been aching for a couple of days, if I get up to move around it hurts more.

Hi
I would like to investigate a person of 66yrs old with pain abdomen.
I prefer Upper GI endoscopy and Ultrasound abdomen for any clue.If both are normal,then I prescribe a muscle relaxant tablet containing Dicyclomine to my patients.
Please consult a Surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
