Brief Answer:
Tinnitus

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
Sir you are having tinnitus. It can be due to an impending hearing loss or eustachian tube blockage caused by nasal or throat infection in the recent past. Please tell me are you having any hearing difficulty or any nasal congestion or throat infection in the recent past?
For how long are you having these symptoms?
Any investigations done like audiometry? if yes please send me the report.
Aspirin can affect hearing and then can be assessed by audiometry. Hair XXXXXXX is not documented to cause any hearing loss or tinnitus unless a patient is allergic to XXXXXXX
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
Take care
Thanks and regards
