Brief Answer:
Take painkiller first.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

First of all thanks for approaching Healthcaremagic for your query.

I read through your query and accordingly I can understand your pain. Toothache is a type of pain which is very difficult to bear. I suggest you to first take a painkiller(diclofenac)(As without reducing pain you may not think of anything else). Pain will reduce temporarily. Then you should do some salt water gargle. Since toothache is very severe I feel that the infection has reached beneath the pulp. So it has to be treated with Root canal treatment(with antibiotic dosage to reduce infection) followed by crown. So I suggest you to go and meet a dentist, get an Xray and based on clinical presentation get it treated(treatment plan said by me is purely based on your symptoms actual treatment may vary between dentists and also based on clinical situation).

Till then don't bite with that side. Be cool and calm.

Hope you are benefited something from my reply. If you have more queries please do approach us as we are eagerly waiting to help you. Have a healthy day!!!
