Question: my self age 24 whenever sex with my boy friend after 1 day heavy itching in my vaginal inside parts, which medicine will help for my itching

As per your clinical history is concerned according to my opinion it is due to inflammation of vagina.so your treating doctor will advise you like this -:
1) Avoiding irritants in the vaginal area, such as perfumes, soaps, and panty liners.
2)After swimming or exercise, which keeps the vaginal area moist, air-drying the area or changing the underwear.
3)Always cleaning the area from front to back.
4)Metronidazole -it requires a prescription from your doctor
5)Metronidazole gel 0.75%, 1 full applicator (5 g) intra vaginally
6)Clotrimazole 1% cream 5 g intra vaginally for 7-14 days
7)fluconazole is a 150 mg oral tablet in a single dose.
8)Add more garlic in diet which prevents infection again and again
9)If discharge is present an antibiotic like [cefixime along with probiotics] will be added.
10)Check your fasting blood sugar and TSH
11)Do a clinical exam by your local gynecologist for any other clinical sign present.
