Suggest Treatment For Severe Viral Infection
Brief Answer:
can take a few weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
The body aches that come with influenza may take a few weeks to go away. Taking Panadol is fine but it is also very important to drink plenty of water. Drink at least 2-3 liters daily. Avoid drinks with caffeine like sodas, tea and coffee because the caffeine dehydrates you. Avoid alcohol, it also is dehydrating. Take a multivitamin to help replenish you vitamins and also some extra vitamin C could be helpful. Make sure you are eating enough food and getting enough rest. Do some walking each day as well.
I hope you are feeling better soon
