Brief Answer:
Surgery is the definitive treatment after ERCP testing.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your concern.

The symptoms of frequent vomiting is related to chronic pancreatitis.

Its important that you undergo an ERCP test which can determine the extent and severity of chronic pancreatitis.

Non inflatable lap band can be removed after consulting a Gastroenterologist.

The pain is also directly related to Ch.Pancreatitis.

Vomiting can be controlled with drugs like Tab Zofer and pain can be controlled with Tab Tramadol under medical supervision.

Definitive treatment can be obtained through surgical means.

This can be assessed only after ERCP testing.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
