I started feeling achy all over for 2 weeks ago. it is especially worse it the mornings. I have not taken any new medicines recently so that is not the cause. I do keep my diabetes under control. I have no chronic complications of diabetes. I had blood tests done 2 days ago and they found nothing wrong.
Brief Answer:
Fibromyalgia is the most probable diagnosis.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
If the blood tests resulted all normal, than the most probable diagnosis is fibromyalgia.
It is typically associated with morning fatigue and stiffness and the duration can vary a lot.
The treatment consists in pain killers (Paracetamol, Ibuprofen etc.) that your treating physician would have already suggested.
The chronic pain may raise diabetes related complications a(s you've rightly mentioned) so you should keep it under control and modify the doses if it will be needed.
Do not hesitate to ask if you have still queries.
Best wishes,
