Question : Metoprolol may cause sexual dysfunction If yes than what is the substitute medicine for high blood pressure which no effect on sexual life.

Yes, it can cause ED . Nebuvolol is a safe beta blocker if a medicine from the same class is to be given. Other choices can be ACE Inhibitors like enalapril,captopril,lisinopril etc. Your doctor can make any choice as per your need
