Brief Answer:
I recommend you continue with tylenol on regualr doses!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. This back pain seems totally unrelated to choking unless it had caused some abnormal posture or excessive muscle used in coughing. I would recommend that you take Tylenol at regular intervals of 6-8hours daily. This because taking it inconsistently would not yield the desired results of appropriate pain control. Unless this pain fails to significantly regress or new symptoms show up, there is no reason to seek for further medical care at this time. I will like to hear how this pain evolves in the next 48hours after regular Tylenol intake.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

It's worse when I deep breath and try to swallow food , I just think if water in my lung caused this, do I need to take x Ray ?

Brief Answer:
If you have difficulties breathing, then get an X-ray!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

With breathing difficulties, I will suggest that you get examined and also get an xray and check the oxygenation status. This would be very helpful to identify any underlying problem and cast aside any fears. This would enable us to pinpoint the cause and address accordingly.

I hope this helps and let me know how this goes.
