First of all get it confirmed whether it is shingles or not . Either upload a picture of the skin lesions or consult a dermatologist.

If it really shingles then anti viral medicine like Valcyclovir tablets and acyclovir cream for 5 days shall cure it .

Yes you are right , it is shingles . You need to use the above mentioned medicine for 7 days but these are prescription only medicine so you have to get a prescription for these from your doctor.

Valcyclovir 1g 3 times a day for 7 days .
Acyclovir cream 3 times a day for 1 week .
