Brief Answer:
reduce 5-10mg at a time and let body adjust

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX,

Its good that you have decided to stop using this medicine as it is quite harmful for anyone.
The withdrawal is not going to be easy but worth all the efforts and later you will regain your strength and life...so, don't get upset and disheartened by the withdrawal effects.

There is no set guideline for doing withdrawal at home but we reduce the dosage by decreasing 5-10mg at a time. Take this reduced dosage for next one week or so and then reduce the remaining further by another 5-10mg...and continue doing so till its done.
The process may be made fast by reducing more at a time or can be delayed by giving time to the body to adjust to the reduced dose. Do this under the guidance of your doctor.

The body usually adjust in few weeks to six months to No Medicine in the system.

Hope the reply is helpful.
